Slow Life 

This logo had a solo purpose, to sit atop a blog. The logo needed to represent and celebrate a Slow Life in the Lake District. My client knew exactly what he wanted; an illustration of a tortoise wearing a bowler hat, riding a bike. So that is exactly what he got! It took a few iterations, but I knew immediately that the wheel of the bike would sit nicely among the type, if the bike had one prominent wheel, so the ideal bike could only be. a penny farthing. ​​​

Once the logo was done, the blog followed, telling stories that followed the principles of Slow Food, and extending them to life in general.
